What the Program is All About
This program is a holistic "Digital Life Skills" training module. Recognizing that senior citizens often feel left behind by the rapid pace of technology, we have crafted a curriculum that moves at a comfortable pace. Unlike standard IT courses, this program focuses on utility. We don't just teach theory; we teach how to book a cab, how to see a grandson’s photo on WhatsApp, and how to pay an electricity bill safely. It is about fostering "Digital Atmanirbharata" (Digital Self-Reliance).
Comprehensive Course Curriculum
The program is strategically divided into two essential modules:
System Familiarization:
An introductory guide to understanding computer hardware, CPU, and the basic Windows
interface.
Input Mastery:
Practical sessions on using the keyboard and mouse with precision, which is the
foundation of all digital tasks.
Documentation & Web:
Learning to draft letters or notes in MS Word and navigating the vast world of the
Internet for information.
Digital Correspondence:
Setting up and managing a Gmail (Email) account to communicate formally and receive
official updates.
Device Operation:
Getting comfortable with smartphone settings, volume control, brightness, and basic
maintenance.
Social Connectivity:
In-depth training on WhatsApp, including messaging, sharing photos/videos, and
making clear video calls to family.
Entertainment & Learning:
Harnessing the power of YouTube for tutorials and Google Search to find answers to
any question.
Marathi Medium Instruction:
We eliminate the language barrier by teaching entirely in Marathi, making the
concepts relatable and easy to grasp.
